California Provides Expansion of Student Loan Relief
On Thursday, April 23, Governor Gavin Newsom announced that most private student loan servicers have agreed to provide payment and other relief to borrowers, including more than 1.1 million Californians with privately held student loans.
"Californians are reeling from the financial impact of COVID-19… and those with student loan debt are among the hardest hit,"" said Governor Newsom
To determine your eligibility, you MUST contact your student loan servicer to secure relief.
